It might help to see that you’ve been “rehabilitated” if your background became scrutinized in another country. None of the EU countries, that I know of, have something like rehabilitation, or at least not for foreigners. Canada is the only country I know of that allows people to go through a process to grant them entrance.

That’s tricky. Australia is almost definitely a no-go since all English-speaking countries share national defense information due to a long-held military treaty. Your passport would likely be flagged when it is scanned at the port of entry. Japan, on the other hand doesn’t share the same intelligence with the rest of the group. They will…[Read more]

Congratulations on your removal from that inhumane list. That will open up a lot more opportunities for you to travel internationally, however, there will still be some places that won’t allow you to enter. Canada bars entry for anyone with a criminal record unless they apply for “Criminal Rehabilitation” through their government. That’s a…[Read more]

If you are on supervised release, especially federal, then you most likely won’t be able to leave the country. You will, however, still have to register your passport at your registering jurisdiction and inform them of any travel plans you have, with 21-day notice, but you’ll first have to get permission to go anywhere, usually that also includes…[Read more]

Germany is fine; France, Italy, Spain, and Greece are fine; the EU/Schengen Area is fine. FAC has their heads stuffed way up their butts when it comes to legitimate reporting on international travel and they shouldn’t be trusted for this kind of information. Here’s why:
What FAC fails to mention in all of their fear-mongering articles is the…[Read more]

What makes you say that? It’s very much true.

System Administrator commented on the post, Going to Europe on Parole 6 months, 2 weeks ago
Parole is just a temporary leave of prison. If you abscond from parole, you are basically escaping from prison – which is a crime. You most likely can’t leave the country while you are still under supervision and it’s not worth it to try. Wait until your sentence has finished before you decide to leave.
You’ll also need quite a bit of…[Read more]

Yes. Even according to federal law, a “firearm” is a machine that expels a projectile from a self-contained, explosive, round. So, as a felon in the “land of the free”, one can still have a musket, blunderbuss, or crossbow and not be breaking the law. Air guns would also fall into that category. Buy what you can before they decide to change…[Read more]

There is a plethora of information about the racial purity laws in Nazi Germany and can readily be found online. They began as a set of laws introduced to the public by Hitler at a rally in Nuremberg (henceforth known as the Nuremberg Laws) and are considered the beginning of the end for non-Aryan Germans. Many of these laws are mirrored in…[Read more]

Hello Michael. I can tell you that until you get an official notice from the State Department notifying you of your passport being invalid, it is still perfectly fine to use. You can use it to leave and then after you’ve gone, you will likely have that notice sent to your last known registered address. When you are in-country, you can fill out…[Read more]

Spain seems lovely this time of year. Germany is still a little cold but the sun is starting to feel warm again (sometimes) and I’m seeing birds coming back.

Why society is always wrong about pedophilia.
Foreword
Recently, an article was written in USA Today about the research being done to better understand pedophilia. It is a very well-thought-out article that […]

I’m impressed, Justin. This article is particularly well-reasoned. By I am especially pleased that you were clear in stating that we, on the staff of JustFactsNotFear, stand in solidarity with those who are oppressed for simply being themselves.

Very well written, it is a shame that the general public can not read this because of ignorant people who want to push their own agenda. Facts are facts and no one can dispute them. Again very well written, hope that it can get published in the mainstream news.

This was a very well done article. I believe it is accurate on every account. My feeling on the topic is that some people that are attracted to prepubescents, not all, have issues that could go back to childhood. If someone really wanted to change that they could. I mention that is not the case for all. I do feel that others are born like that. I also want to say that every human being has the greatest power of the universe within them and that is the power of choice. The universe operates in cause and effect. Every decision you make has an effect, whether positive or negative consequences. I didn’t just read this, I have and currently see it in my life.

I would love to know the statistics of the percentage of adults that actually have pedophilic thoughts or tendencies that have not been caught. I suspect the actual numbers would be “frightening and high”. Thoughts do not necessarily equate to action. The more someone objects to registrants the more I suspect they are guilty in thought themselves. I personally have zero interest in pre-pubescent children. The thought sickens me yet being a registrant allows me to understand and show empathy. Pedophiles need therapy not be locked in a cage.

We, here at JFNF, wish you the very best of luck on your journey to a life free from oppression. It won’t be easy, naturally, but we are here to help make it as seamless a transition as possible for all folks affected by the demonizing legislation of the American SO registry. Thank for your kind words about us on this side and, as always, feel…[Read more]
