I will be traveling around two weeks from now. I am waiting for my GF’s Spain visa to go through but its taking a long time. Plan B will be Georgia.. does anyone have any information on this country? European country but not part of the Schengen area. She won’t need a visa to go there, but I don’t know if I’ll be rejected. Any info helps. Thanks!

I know people who have lived in Georgia and loved it; beautiful country. It used to have 1 year visa-free for Americans but I believe that has now changed. And it was advertising itself as a great option for digital nomads.
But no one I know has gone there since getting on the registry. One the one hand, Georgia has been very pro-USA but on the other, even Ukraine lets us in.
