Law

On law: It is essential that justice be done, and it is equally vital that justice not be confused with revenge, for the two are wholly different.

European Travel Law

Starting in 2023, the European Commission will roll out a U.S. style electronic travel authorization system. It will be for visitors from countries that are currently not part of the EU. These visitors have been granted visa-free access to the EU and Schengen member countries through virtue of their good track record on security issues and, thus, have not been deemed as a threat to EU security. However, the EU is wanting to strengthen its border security as well as digitally screen and track travelers entering and leaving EU countries.

A Schengen visa is a short-stay visa that allows a person to travel to any members of the Schengen Area, for up to 90 days for tourism or business purposes.

The Schengen visa is the most common visa for Europe. It enables its holder to enter, freely travel within, and leave the Schengen zone from any of the Schengen member countries. There are no border controls within the Schengen Zone.
