21 day notice if traveling to a US territory like the Northern Mariana islands??

Just wondering about this…I have no layovers in another country…just Hawaii and Guam (another US territory.)  Thoughts??

    It’s a US territory, so it’s no different than going to Puerto Rico or the USVI. You’re still within the US jurisdiction so you don’t have to give 21-day notice, just the normal domestic travel notice of 48-72hrs. in most places, if the stay is over a certain number of days.
