I asked the same question also why for example Paul Ripley who travels all the time always comes back to USA, it does not make sense! Why to go “back to prison”?
Where are you from?
I am from Wyoming. I am off probation/prc/parole, but still have to register. I have traveled myself, including Paris France two years ago with no problems.
So I hope you will stay next time you go back to Europe there is no life for registrants here :((((
