Hong Kong is a very easy place to visit without her needing a visa. It’s more expensive but last year my Filipino wife, our son and I spent 3 months in Armenia. She needed an e-visa which is very easy to get and costs $14. Surprisingly there are quite a few Filipinos who come to Armenia because it is easy for the OFWs in the Middle East to go there and they want to see snow.
You will also have no problem going to Armenia and will be granted 180 days stay up on arrival.
