<p>I am of the opinion that the people who have had trouble in Spain were all at the same airport (but I could be wrong as I don&#8217;t have all the details here in front of me).</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yes.  By federal law you have to give notice to the local police at least 21 days in advance of any travel outside of the USA.  You will also need to register that you are leaving (most places that I know of you have to do this within a few days).</p>
