No I have not made plans to travel to Spain yet. Was hoping to hear from someone who has.

Any issues with Spain? Didn’t know if you HAD to go through another country to get there or if you could go directly from the US?

Thank you for your previous response. Great info. Are there issues if I travel to Spain directly vs. going through Paris first before going to Spain? Thank you.

I’m registered in Kansas. Kansas is one of the least restrictive states. Once I finished my probation, there were no restrictions for me on where I could go. U.S Dept of State New Orleans Passport Center. Call 504-412-7311 and leave a message explaining your situation. I wrote a letter to them and gave them a scanned copy of my passport. I had the same thing happen to me. I did, however send a letter with the statement that I was an offender and covered under the Megan Law. and they still sent me a passport without the identifier. I was lucky to actually call and talk to a real person. They told me where I need to send a letter to where I included both mt email and phone number.…Read more
