April 2025 Question – My conviction is over 24 years old now and I want to travel to Aruba. I know they have this Embarkation/Disembarkation Card (ED Card) which must be completed prior to the visit and wondered if it’s an issue? Also, I will not be traveling from or going through the US to Aruba directly. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You will simply send in your application for renewal as normal. The new passport comes back with the text in the back (pg 23, I think). They know what to do on their end and unfortunately they do it.</p>
